Pricing questions
What counts as a car in recon?
Any car that isn’t at frontline or sold yet, and isn’t archived. Once a car is listed it stops counting, so you only pay for the work in progress.
What happens if I go over my plan’s limit?
Nothing stops working. You’ll see a heads-up as you get close, and if you go over you have 14 days to upgrade or move cars on. After that only adding new cars pauses — moving, editing and finishing existing cars always works.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and carry on. If you don’t, your account becomes read-only: everyone can still log in and see everything, but cars can’t be added or moved until an owner picks a plan. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply straight away; we’ll show you what a downgrade means before it happens.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay yearly and you get two months free.
Is GST included?
Prices are in Australian dollars, and that’s what you pay.
Do I lose my history if I downgrade?
Never. Plans only change how far back the dashboard looks. All your history is kept, and upgrading again shows it straight away.
